The Company

A company of gifted pre-professional and former professional dancers who have a full season of performances, included presentation of a major full-length ballet each spring. Metro Dancers was formed in 1978 to create an avenue for gifted advanced dancers to perform traditional full-length ballets, as well as modern, jazz, character and contemporary ballet pieces. The combination of rising pre-professionals and former professional dancers give this company it’s exuberant style and polish.
